It's A Girl Thing is located in the shopping center next to sonic. They have a large selection of all sorts of accessories, jewelery, handbags, shirts, jackets, belts, sunglasses and more! They are also a source for "Soap by the Slice", a unique, decorative soap that smells delicious.
